Tuning the Basicity of Cyano‐Containing Ionic Liquids to Improve SO2 Capture through Cyano–Sulfur Interactions

A new approach has been developed to improve SO₂ sorption by cyano‐containing ionic liquids (ILs) through tuning the basicity of ILs and cyano–sulfur interaction. Several kinds of cyano‐containing ILs with different basicity were designed, prepared, and used for SO₂ capture. The interaction between these cyano‐containing ILs and SO₂ was investigated by FTIR and NMR methods. Spectroscopic investigations and quantum chemical calculations showed that dramatic effects on SO₂ capacity originate from the basicity of the ILs and enhanced cyano–sulfur interaction. Furthermore, the captured SO₂ was easy to release by heating or bubbling N₂ through the ILs. This efficient and reversible process, achieved by tuning the basicity of ILs, is an excellent alternative to current technologies for SO₂ capture.     

Syntheses,crystal structures and properties of Cd(II) and Ag(I) complexes based on 2-p-methylphenyl-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole

Abstract

Complexes of [CdL₂(NO₃)₂]·1.5H₂O and [Ag₂(μ-L)₂(NO₃)₂] were synthesized by the reactions of 2-p-methylphenyl-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole (L) with Cd(NO₃)₂·4H₂O and AgNO₃, respectively. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The photophysical property and thermal stability were characterized by FT???IR, UV???Vis absorption, fluorescence, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Both complexes belong to the triclinic system with space group p???1. The central metal of [CdL₂(NO₃)₂]·1.5H₂O has a distorted octahedral geometry [CdN₄O₂], while two central Ag(I) atoms of [Ag₂(μ-L)₂(NO₃)₂] exhibit distorted tetrahedral geometries [AgN₃O].     

Thermodynamic properties of Heisenberg model for magnetic ordered graphene sheet

We study the thermodynamic properties of two dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnet on the honeycomb lattice in the presence of anisotropic Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction and next nearest neighbor coupling exchange constant. A sublattice antiferromagnetic long range ordering has been considered for localized electrons on honeycomb lattice structure. In particular, the temperature dependence of specific heat has been investigated for various physical parameters in the model Hamiltonian. Using Holstein-Primakoff bosonic transformations, the behavior of thermodynamic properties has been studied by means of excitation spectrum of mapped bosonic gas. Furthermore we have studied the dependence of specific heat and magnetization on Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction strength for various next nearest neighbor interaction strengths. At low temperatures, the specific heat is found to be monotonically increasing with temperature. We have found the dependence of specific heat on Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction strength shows a monotonic increasing behavior for various next nearest neighbor exchange constants. Also we have studied the temperature dependence of staggered magnetization for different next nearest neighbor coupling constants. Our results show the critical temperature moves to higher amounts with reduction of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction strength.     

The Iyengar Type Inequalities with Exact Estimations and the Chebyshev Central Algorithms of Integrals

In this paper, both low order and high order extensions of the Iyengar type inequality are obtained. Such extensions are the best possible in the same sense as that of the Iyengar inequality. hzrthermore, the Chebyshev central algorithms of integrals for some function classes and some related problems are also considered and investigated.     

Synchronization of complex dynamical networks with time delays

In the present paper, two kinds of dynamical complex networks are considered. The first is that elements of every node have different time delays but all nodes in such networks have the same time-delay vector. The second is that different nodes have different time-delay vectors, and the elements of each node also have different time delays. Corresponding synchronization theorems are established. Numerical examples show the efficiency of the derived theorems.     

On new forms of motive differential equations of a mechanical system relative to non-inertial frame

Based on D'Alembert's principle of a mechanical system relative to non-inertial frame and by introducing the concept of the generalized inertial potential, new forms of differential equations of motion of a mechanical system with holonomic and the non-holonomic constraints relative to the non-inertial frame are obtained. The merits and demerits between our method and the Newtonian dynamic method as well as the analytic dynamic method are discussed comparatively. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the application of the motive differential equations in the new forms.     

阵列波导光栅波分复用/解复用器光谱响应效率的理论模型

基于单模光波导的本征模场分布，瑞利－索末菲衍射积分公式和天线原理的互易定理，给出耦合器中两个非接触平面光波导耦合特性的描述.基此，根据等光程差不等振幅多光束干涉的光场叠加原理，推导出新颖的阵列波导光栅波分复用/解复用器的光谱响应效率的解析函数表达式，这些表达式可为快速精确分析阵列波导光栅波分复用/解复用器的特性提供理论基础.同时,介绍了一个计算阵列波导光栅波分复用/解复用器特性的例子，给出其光谱响应度和信号通道串扰.     

Initial value problem for first-order integro-differential equation of Volterra type on time scales

In this paper, we combine the monotone iterative technique with fixed point theory to investigate the extremal solutions of nonlinear integro-differential equations on time scales. Several important lemmas and existence criteria are obtained.     

Almost-sure path properties of fractional Brownian sheet

The almost sure sample function behavior of the vector-valued fractional Brownian sheet is investigated. In particular, the global and the local moduli of continuity of the sample functions are studied. These results give precise information about the continuity and the oscillation behavior of the sample functions.     

Hopf代数上的扭曲模和(斜)余配对Hopf模

本文第一部分主要把扭曲的方法运用到模上,从而得到扭曲模．作为特例,我们构造了H  M的Smaush模和量子模．当K是有限维Hopf代数,证明K*  M是一个右D(K)-Hopf模,因此得到了一个基本同构定理．第二部分主要把斜余配对双代数进行推广,得到了斜余配对Hopf模,并且给出判断斜余配对Hopf模的一个充要条件．
